The main tests including general test, waterproofing test and aging test. The general test including tubes length, the distance between the LED and the tube, two LEDs' distance, the length of the male connector and the current test, whether the tubes are fixed well.

Waterproof test is the key of the outdoor products. The test method of Rayer lighting is to check whether the insulation value is above 200 Mohm under thermostat water tank(28-32° C)after soaking in water one hour. Rayer lighting do 6 hours of aging test for every product to check the stability before packing.
